Prune Chèvre Cups

Ingredients

  • 8 - 10 Pitted Prunes

  • 100 grams Chèvre cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Honey

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the Chèvre with salt and pepper and add honey to it. Fill this cheese mix into a piping bag.

  2. Fill the pitted prune cups with the cheese mix and serve on a cheese board or as an appetizer.

  3. Optional: Add toasted almonds or crumbled pistachios on top.
