Ingredients
8 - 10 Pitted Prunes
100 grams Chèvre cheese
1 tablespoon Honey
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method
In a bowl, mix the Chèvre with salt and pepper and add honey to it. Fill this cheese mix into a piping bag.
Fill the pitted prune cups with the cheese mix and serve on a cheese board or as an appetizer.
Optional: Add toasted almonds or crumbled pistachios on top.
