We Are PANCHAL

Panchal Dairy was founded in 2022 by two young pastoralists, Arpan and Bhimsi, who have always been enthusiastic about starting their own business, hoping to create better livelihoods for their community. But more than anything, Panchal is excited to offer you highly unique, flavourful and nutritious cheese varieties keeping in mind the terroir driven flavours of the goat & sheep milk procured in the region

Over the last year, Arpan & Bhimsi have undergone training with Namrata Sundaresan of Käse Cheese, who is an International Certified Cheese Trainer from Academy of Cheese, UK.
